Good morning! This is a special “newsletter” we have created to communicate with our registered conference attendees. We are very excited to be welcoming you to Plano, TX,
February 29-March 2.
I'm specifically writing to encourage you to book your room (click here for details on lodging and transportation) if you have not yet done so.
The Courtyard's deadline is January 29 and the Holiday Inn Express' deadline is February 16.
There will be 2 "hospitality suites" in the evening, one at each hotel. These are informal "BYOB" gatherings for registered attendees 21 and over.
Please note that we will not be providing shuttle or transportation services between airports, hotels, and the conference center. We are working on finding a way to help individuals coordinate ride-and-room sharing. If you have any ideas on how to facilitate that, let me know!
Lunches for each day are catered and included in your registration fee. Dinners are at your discretion.
One thing you may want to know is that there is a MASSIVE cheerleading competition in Dallas this same weekend, and so making early reservations of any kind are recommended.
Panelists, If you require audio/visual equipment for your presentation,
please let us know.
